Nothing, looks like it was never use, or someone who had it before had to take care of it very well. All clean, nothing broken, not even one scratch. Maybe was never use. I didn’t expect being like that, i read some reviews and lots of people complain that theirs had some signs of heavy usage and stuff.

This one came perfect. The battery hold the power very well, i’m not sure how long though yet, will post some updates after i’m gonna use it for a while and test it good. So far so good, its a great product for the price, compering to brand new.

I am very pleased with this laptop. It may not be the best spec-wise, compared to newer stuff, but works very well and plays Minecraft and Terraria just fine, which is why I bought it It looks, works and feels brand new. One complaint just to nitpick.. It needs a Win10 sticker on the inside instead of the stock Win7 sticker. Update: After having it a while, it still runs awesome. However, I did have to get a replacement hard drive because Windows 10 updated and crashed. I did fix the crash issue, just set your WiFi connection as a metered connection and Windows won’t update and crash The main reason for the update crash is the image the seller uses for Windows 10, if you use your own install media, the updates work fine with no problems at all.

Laptop is still going strong in Still a very good laptop. I purchased two of these last fall and have been very impressed by their performance and build quality. I upgraded the hard drives that came with them to gb SSD ones and also upgraded the ram to 16 gb. They boot up in about 12 seconds and run everything I have used with them very nicely. The design and build quality is considerably better than what you get in a consumer class laptop.

The all metal case oozes quality and getting access to the inside from the bottom to do upgrades and such doesn’t even require a screw driver. The examples I received were cosmetically perfect, with no scratches, dents or screen imperfections. Another reviewer here mentioned that this model is massive and looks like a retro 90’s laptop. I’m not going to argue with him–it is bulkier than usual. I think that extra size gives the internal components more airflow, and I really like that.

The bottom panel also pops off by pushing a switch, and that’s great. All laptops should do that. My only issue was with the power button. I had to press it several times to get it to work. That is not the refurbisher’s fault–that’s Hewlett-Packard’s fault.

It’s a long, slender button, sleek and fancy. It doesn’t work well because it sits on the power switch like a teeter-totter. Luckily I found a workaround: Change your power settings so that the computer hibernates when you close the lid or when it’s left idle.
