I am running office professional plus on WYSE terminal and remote desktop instances. Recently i have been seeing The Operation Failed message when i try to send an email with an attachment.

This is happening on multiple different terminals and users. It is random. I have tried disabling add in’s that could affect the types of files being sent which are adobe and office files.
